President & Founder

Ronald L. Amado Jr. is the President of Micro Clean Professional Services, Inc., which he has successfully led for more than 22 years in the Rhode Island market. Before founding Micro Clean, Mr. Amado gained a unique perspective as a Purchasing Agent for the City of Cranston, where he oversaw vendor performance, managed contracts, and developed the city's cleaning specifications — firsthand insight into what distinguishes exceptional service from the rest.

Prior to launching Micro Clean, Mr. Amado held positions in chemical sales engineering, retail banking, and municipal procurement. Among his many accomplishments, he was selected to the Rhode Island State Police, and Micro Clean was recognized among Rhode Island's finest by Rhode Island's Finest Magazine — a testament to his integrity, discipline, and leadership.

Maurice Gutierrez

Principal / Executive Director

Maurice Gutierrez is an accomplished executive, former U.S. Navy officer, and military veteran with more than 30 years of leadership experience in the environmental, infrastructure, water, and facility services industries. He has built, scaled, and led high-growth organizations, including venture capital and private-equity-backed companies, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth, developing disciplined go-to-market strategies, building high-performance teams, and institutionalizing scalable operating systems.

As Principal and Executive Director of Micro Clean, Maurice brings a combination of operational precision, strategic growth leadership, and a customer partnership mindset. He leads the company's business expansion, workflow standardization, quality assurance, and operational excellence initiatives across Northern Nevada and Southern New England.

Drawing on his background in military leadership, service-based operations, and growth-stage company development, Maurice helps ensure Micro Clean delivers consistent, accountable, and science-based cleaning services. His focus is on strengthening client relationships, improving service reliability, developing repeatable processes, and positioning Micro Clean as a trusted commercial cleaning partner for businesses, public agencies, property managers, healthcare facilities, and institutional clients.
